As a UX expert, full-stack senior web developer and accessibility specialist, I spearheaded website design and development (including managing the CMS, UX and CRO initiatives), and implementing marketing campaigns, CRM campaigns and data-driven content strategy through digital channels. My focus on accessibility led to an ~80% increase, while A/B testing and user insights drove a ~14% rise in conversion rates. Utilising Agile methodologies, I collaborated effectively with development partners. Additionally, I contributed to brand consistency by developing brand guidelines and initiating a design system. I became Interface Design Lead within the development team.
