• Implemented a new indicator following diagram for application of norms.
• Developed a new procedure for foreclosed asset maintenance that included a modification in the policies which amounted to a 15% saving in the established budget.
• Participated in a series of projects created to better the systems used by the bank for the correct registry of foreclosed assets in SUGEF.

• Achievements:
• Able to eliminate 100% of the fines due to tardy presentation of municipal tax declaration. This was reduced from at least 3 cases per year which represented at least $20K saved.
