With over 30 years of experience in physical education and health promotion, I am the founder and CEO of SHaW Control Ltd, a non-profit company that provides children's weight management services. I am driven by a mission to change the lives of children and young people by supporting and mentoring them to achieve a healthy weight and improve their fitness levels.As a leader and an expert in childhood obesity, I have developed and implemented effective programs and strategies that have helped hundreds of clients across the Midlands. I have also built strong partnerships with schools, health authorities, and community organizations to raise awareness and funds for this cause. In addition, I continue to work as a Head of PE at Moat Community College, where I inspire and educate students on the benefits of physical activity and well-being.
