Helping busy people to see what is happening around them and understand what challenges others are facing and how they overcome them.I continue to be involved in the development of new learning activations and in the preparation and delivery of interactive education. As with Hughenden, EFESO really believes that the most successful change comes through a focus on the people aspect.I remain a Certified Trainer of the InChainge end-to-end Supply Chain simulation - The Fresh Connection, which is a great tool for illustrating how local optimisation decisions impact the global company objective.
