Provide spiritual, emotional, and relational support to patients who have experienced a life-changing illness or injury, their families, and hospital staff. Service coverage includes both inpatient and outpatient facilities. Provide leadership to other rehab chaplains in the TIRR or Memorial Hermann Rehab Network. Attend leadership meetings including but not limited to Ethics, Quality, Customer Service, Emergency Management.

Provided professional chaplain coverage while others are off or on vacation. Coverage could include any hours - evenings, nights, weekends, days - and included several MH facilities. Those specifically served: MH-TMC, Children's MH, MHSW, MHSE, MHNW, MHMC, TIRR, MHSL.

Provided spiritual and emotional support to patients and staff at various rehabilitation and skilled nursing centers, such as Kindred and/or HealthSouth.

Greater New York City Area

Assisted those affected by the events of September 11, 2001 in New York City by distributing funds from United Way. Asked to provide assistance to groups with greatest loss: FDNY, Cantor Fitzgerald, and British nationals. Listened to numerous stories and provided a safe place to grieve the immense loss each felt.

Greater New York City Area

Provided spiritual and emotional support and connections to professional tennis players and/or their team as they participated in the two-week tournament.

South Carolina

Provided spiritual and emotional support and connections to professional women's tennis players and their teams as they participated in the week-long tournament. 2000 tournament took place at Hilton Head Island. 2001 tournament took place at Daniel Island.

Hartwell, Georgia

Provided spiritual and emotional support to patients in the county-seat hospital and weekly coverage at the nursing home adjacent to the hospital.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Provided office assistance to the director and other leaders within the Christian Life Commission. Program assistance included Hope for Home and other family based conferences.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Provided spiritual and emotional support to patients and their families. Worked in bone marrow transplant and oncology for six months. Worked in women/children areas for one year. Provided on site call duty in rotation with other residents. Attended didactics and presented in group regularly. Completed first year and second year Clinical Pastoral Education.

Intern program in conjunction with Southwestern Seminary at the Catholic faith-based hospital. During the internship the hospital transitioned to for-profit status. Provided spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and staff.
