As a Team Lead over the Eligibility Support Advocates at Dentistry Support, my role is to lead, motivate and oversee a team of support advocates in delivering exceptional support to our clients. I ensure that my team verifies eligibility, updates patient and insurance information, resubmits claims, and maintains accurate records of all work completed, including traceable tracks and notes on work assignments, daily recap reports and form submission.In addition to managing my team's performance, I am responsible for updating all dental software and patient appointments to ensure that our clients' practices are running smoothly with regard to appointments and understanding dental insurance eligibility.
