I had an established and active practice as an accredited mediator, certified with the Family Mediation Council. I was a member of Resolution for many years.I was ranked as a Leading Individual in the Family: Mediation section of The Legal 500 since this category first began. The 2019 edition commented that I am highlighted as ‘bright, quick, empathetic and calm’. I was recommended in The Legal 500 2019’s Family Law category, and noted for being ‘sympathetic and a wonderful mediator’. The 2020 edition noted that "Wright is experienced in sole mediation, co-mediation and increasingly in supported mediation “.I provide training to therapists, counsellors and others. I also write on family law for specialist journals.I retired from practicing family law, after 40 years, in October 2019.
