I've worn a few different hats but they all have one thing in common - a deep curiosity about what makes people tick. This lead me to train as a coach in 2003 and I love nothing more than enabling people to feel and be at their best. I lead with an inquisitive mind, embracing difference and challenging the status quo. Having lived experience of autism and ADHD I have a natural affinity for exploring what makes each of us unique and finding creative ways to work with people so they can flourish.I am credentialed with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to PCC level, certified in the use of Gallup Strengthsfinder 2.0 and an accredited NLP practitioner. I am also a BWY trained Yoga teacher and love the somatic dimension that mindfulness and meditation brings to everything else I do including coaching outdoors. Being in nature and leveraging the calming power of the landscape and open spaces allows different perspectives and settles the nervous system, enabling change to happen in subtle and at times powerful ways.Top 5 Clifton Strengths: Learner, Connectedness, Relator, Ideation, Positivity
