I was responsible for managing the Southern California division’s network system. Some of my responsibilities included network security, installing new applications, distributing software upgrades, monitoring daily activity, enforcing licensing agreements, resolving email and network system connectivity issues, developing a storage management program and performing daily system network backups. Being a Network Systems Administrator was excellent ground training for dealing with stressful situations when prioritizing everyone’s priorities while keeping everyone happy seemingly at the same time. It also help to prepare for maintaining and managing my own company's computers and network system.

I was responsible for initiating and follow-through on medical facilities sales leads as well as maintaining my existing customers within my territory which consisted of all of the New England states and 504 facilities. I researched the product needs of medical facilities and I created presentations and developed sales strategies to meet those needs. In my persistence to be the best accounts manager, I developed strong working relationships with decision makers such as medical directors, doctors, nurses, and purchasing agents which further assisted me in discovering the facilities’ particular product needs and goals. In addition to my normal financial compensation, I earned an all expense paid weekend to Las Vegas (limousine to the airport, air travel, hotel…the works).I was also afforded the opportunity to design and prepare various types of print collateral which I used in sales presentations. This later led to love of art and receiving credentials as a graphic artist which I now use in my own company.
