In my on-the-job training, I experienced to work in a organization where I practiced my skills and abilities, being able to build my self-confidence when interacting to the employees and asking them questions about the task I did there. Willingness to work is the key to be alert and focused on the task I did because I can concentrated on what I am doing even there are a lot of distractions. Be calmed when answering the telephone calls to understand the need of the caller. Sorting and arranging the files then before I put the box in the storage room I re-checked it to ensure that it is arranged correctly. These help me to adapt to variety of task in the office.
