- Assist elementary school teachers in teaching English to their students- Administer class activities to help students learn English- Prepare any class materials or do other tasks assigned by the teachers

- Answer phone calls from clients and schedule them for inspections through Podio- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers and coordinate their needs accordingly- Assist the project manager in organizing projects, acquiring materials for jobs, and making channels with the job details- Contact customers to inform them of their inspection schedules, job schedules, and general updates- Make billings and send invoices to customers via QuickBooks- Follow up payments from customers
