I work closely with leaders in organizations such as Google, Dentsu Aegis Network, Spotify, Mondelez, Kohler, and TUI Group; developing long-term blended (online and in-person) programs to help people shift mindsets, behaviors, and ways of working. In my role, I also recruit and onboard the right SMEs and facilitators/coaches to deliver tangible learning outcomes for each program. In order to develop the most bespoke programs, I co-create with stakeholders and field experts. I am addicted to helping people inside organizations question assumptions to dare to navigate a complex and ambiguous world.
