Hi there, I'm a passionate problem solver with experience in both customer service and teaching mathematics. I have seven years of experience teaching Math to Basic Education students. I have always enjoyed teaching and helping others learn new skills. A year of experience as a customer representative helped handle different types of customers / coworkers and situations with ease. Currently, I’m a Human Resource Management Officer in a National Government Agency. We handle the training needs of each employee and help them find suitable interventions for their competencies. With this role, I am able to use my teaching skills as to identifying the appropriate learning & development intervention for them, communicate with them effectively, resolve conflicts, and provide constructive feedback.I'm looking for a job that allows me to use my teaching and customer service abilities in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
