- Deliver executive services to senior management employees- Manage the entire relocation process for the transferees as their single point ofcoordination and advocate- Explaining each client policy to the employee and how to appropriately utilize the benefits- Conducting the initiation and research, after assessing the needs of the transferee (and family)- Coordinate with all internal departments/functions to ensure successful transfereeexperience- Educate client contacts on minor relocation issues as related to transferring family,communicate with them regarding exception management specific to transferees,including recommendations on specific exceptions to policy- Provide clients with transferee status updates, keeping them abreast of issues andsolutions that arise so they are always knowledgeable- Trouble shooting with a readiness to jump in where needed- Understand client needs and requirements

-Manages all activities, including those performed by third party suppliers related to the transfer process, the ongoing assignment and repatriation where appropriate-Carries out the pre assignment briefing and orientation of the assignee on the client's policy, including compensation details where applicable -Provides continuing advice and support to both client and assignees, maintaining regular contact throughout the assignment -Produces cost projections and calculates assignment compensation -Manages the payments related to the assignment including payroll instructions, expenses and invoices -Updates the Brookfield Global Relocation Services client database and provides the required data for the production of status reports -Undertakes other tasks as required.

- Managing and oversee corporate's expatriate door to door household goods move - Main and first point of contact to the corporate and expatriates - Manage full end to end process of inbound, third country and outbound household shipment - Provide consultation advise to the assignee on the policies and customs regulations etc relating to their shipment requirements - Assist on preparing quotation to client - Prepare import customs clearance documents for shipments that arrive in Singapore. - Preparation of invoice to client upon job completion - Attend to and follow-up on customers'​ enquiries and requests - Carry out service failure investigation/complaint and ensure corrective and preventive actions are in place - Build customer relationships and manage customers' expectations - Assist on miscellaneous administrative work and reports - Vendor management roles
