- Managing Credit Bureau operations within Retail Business & Risk teams.- Managing a big team in charge of all Credit bureau and regulatory reporting functions.- Planning development and implementation of credit bureau data management projects.- Leading initiatives to enhance credit decision making, Portfolio Management and business support.- Managing Credit Bureau related processes/systems in compliance with local regulations , risk management policies and bureau data governance requirement- Ensuring that adequate controls are in place to manage operational risk associated.- Streamlining, Reengineering , Automation , Process mapping and planning milestones implementation of all related Credit Bureau/ Central Bank of Egypt (CBE)projects and initiatives.- Serving as the responsible point of contact and represent HSBC, with the Credit Bureau and Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) for all Retail related issues.- Managing the overall Relationship Management with Credit Bureau- Responsible and accountable for all CBE Regulatory Credit Reporting - Acting as the main bank representative for the (FIH) Financial Inclusion Committee in the Federation of Egyptian Banks.

Managing Credit Bureau operations within RBWM Risk teams to maximise the Bank's usage of bureau‘s products and solutions. Planning, development and implementation of credit bureau data management projects and initiatives to support RBWM Risk & Business. Providing accurate interpretation of credit bureau data for use in Credit decision making, Portfolio Management and business support.

Providing all lending business units (including Corporate Banking & Retail Banking Wealth Management) with Market & Credit Information Reports on current & potential customers.
