Project: Christian DIOR Couture New Boutique at Salhiya Mall and JW Marriott Hotel. 600K KD.A bespoke facade for the new mega boutique for DIOR luxury fashion house at the renovated Salhiya Mall & JW Marriott Hotel.I managed onsite project execution including design development, planning, materials deliveries, subcontractors, and supervising site installation processes. In addition to coordinating with the design team and attending meetings with clients, and reporting on progress.

Project: JW MARRIOTT REFURBISHMENT, SALHIA MALL & OFFICE EXTENSION

Managing project progress, subcontractors, suppliers, and solving the problems in every stage while coordinating with the main contractor and consultant to achieve the project requirements.In addition to; 1) Coordinating with internal departments, main contractor, and consultant and following shop drawings and material approvals as per project specifications.2) Assist in the design when required using my skills and as per project requirements.3) Coordinating with internal departments and following the ordered materials with production department to ensure material delivery to site on time as per project program.4) Manage and monitoring the project installation progress work at site and apply quality principles and as client priorities and project program.5) Attend Progress meetings and coordinating with main contractor and consultant to achieve the project requirements.6) Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, additional works and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required.7) Identifying and advice the required for the management, planning and control of the project.8) Manage and motivate the project team until delivering the project.9) Weekly and monthly reporting through agreed lines on project progress and conduct project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed10) Ensure that all project scope is delivered as specified on-time and within limited budget.

Planning and managing the facades of new project " AL Kout Mall", 5,000 m2 Aluminum and glazing curtain walls of Wicona System, 3,000m2 of aluminum decorative grills, and 3,000m2 of aluminum louver.
