Responsibility: Build a Full Detailed Project in Revit software to Submit IFC Package Coordinated with All Department Such as STR & MEP And LIFE SAFETY on Fast-Track Projects. Communicated with vendors and contractors to incorporate input in project designs. Attended all team meetings to resolve technical and project issues, coordinate with team members, and review project schedules. The devised overall strategy for documentation and identified design sets planned for each Stage of work including as-built designs and final building information model(BIM). Created Architecture BOQ calculated from the BIM model and rearranged it into an excel sheet. Created schematic design package using photoshop to present package elements such as (site analysis ' layout ' colored plans' zoning ' 3d sections ' etc. ). Created graphic renderings and models using Revit and 3ds max or escape for fast presenting.
