I'm Hazem Ahmad Jamal Sabbagh, the Head of the Islamic Department at Raffles International School in Dubai, UAE.With over a decade of experience in Islamic education, I've had the privilege of teaching and inspiring students across primary, middle, and secondary levels.My journey in education is fueled by a passion for integrating modern educational technologies and innovative teaching methods to create an engaging and enriching learning environment.I hold a Master's degree in Education from Omdurman Islamic University, a Professional Diploma in Sharia Auditing from the University of Sharjah, and a Bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies from Damascus University.My academic background, combined with a teacher’s license from the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) in Dubai, equips me to deliver high-quality education that meets and exceeds curriculum standards.Throughout my career, I have focused on curriculum development, student assessment, and the effective use of educational technology.At Raffles International School, I lead a dedicated team of Islamic education teachers, providing training and support to enhance teaching methods and improve student learning outcomes. One of my proudest achievements is implementing strategies that significantly boosted our school's KHDA report, particularly in promoting Islamic values.I'm proficient in using a variety of educational tools such as Padlet, Nearpod, Quizizz, and Canva to foster a dynamic classroom experience.
