I've always been fascinated with Latin American literature. That's what I was thinking about when I decided to change my field of study after 3 years from Biotechnology to Spanish Language.I majored in Spanish Philology, Literature and Translation, and graduated with honors form the Faculty of Arts, Cairo university. I've acquired strong language and translation skills in the three languages (Arabic, Spanish and English) throughout the past few years, working as a part-time and freelance translator and proofreader, and Translating short stories and poetry.I worked as an administrator for almost 6 years at a family company and then left it to spread my own wings and fly away from the flock. And then worked for more than 9 months as a Customer Service Representative at Vodafone UK (PAYG/Billing accounts).I started my Master's Degree studies in Cairo University in October of 2023 and I'm specializing in literary translation. And for the meantime I work as a Spanish and English Tutor/Instructor and a freelance Translator, Post-editor and ProofreaderI'm looking for a part-time or a fulltime job in the field of teaching or translation, while pursuing establishing my name as a Literary Translator.
