About Hazem Gamal

As a founding member of The Forum I grew to be a leader in the development of the original Siebel CRM user group, its long-time incarnation as the CRM Forum and now as The SME Forum. Initially the senior representative for OppenheimerFunds until 2017 and a continual driver of its growth and maturity since its inception in 2003. Throughout this time, I provided guidance, mentorship, facilitation, and participation in various aspects of the organization’s events and services over the years. In 2018 I took over leadership and primary responsibilities for running the Forum on behalf of the 60+ firms with nearly 1000 members as of 2024In addition to running The Sales & Marketing Enablement (SME) Forum for Intermediary, Wealth and Institutional Asset Management firms in the US and UK, I am available for select independent consulting and advisory assignments.As a proven leader in this space and an innovative business operations executive, I leverage technology, business processes and your available skills and talent to help you improve and achieve your business objectives. The organization is based out of the New York City area but serving members throughout the US and Europe. The Forum organizes Spring and Fall conferences in the US and an International conference each June in London, England. Additionally, bi-weekly webinars, surveys, benchmarking studies and whitepapers are authored to support the needs of the members throughout the year.Begun in the early 2000's as a Siebel CRM support group, it has blossomed over the years to now include over 60 Asset Management firms with nearly 800 individuals from across those firms. We have cultivated a very unique community of deep support across various disciplines that are largely responsible for the enablement of the core Sales and Marketing efforts of these firms. Our members include all sizes of retail and institutional asset managers often with origins rooted in the mutual funds space.
