- Assures the implementation of Sales and Marketing policies. - Assign targets, directs, controls, monitors sales in accordance with set company standards and objectives. - Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.- Find new prospects customers continuously. - Control sales process to insure that products are received by customers on time. - Initial Negotiation of sales agreement with new potential customers.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.- Prepares reports of business transactions.

•Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors •Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.•Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.•Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.•Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.•Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.•Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

- Make sure that (Sharjah & Ajman) Zones will achieve the objectives & Budget - Look after the stock movement, allocation/s, daily activities, coordination/s, customer’s follow-up & satisfaction. - Responsible to develop & improve the sale in this area•Set the business and marketing plan on an annual basis for the area which is line with organization strategy •Prepare sales forecast for Sharjah & Ajman market •Manage pricing and profit margin maintenance•Maintain a complete up to date map of the market indicating the user base (ours & competitors) across the Area, indicating the shortfalls and the areas of focus•Monitor performance of products and the response of customers and modify the strategy accordingly.•Handling showroom customers (retail- fleet- export) if required.
