I have a total of 25 years of professional experience in various positions within the Finance Division, handled almost all the Finance normal functions.In 1998, I have finished my post graduate study, Diploma in financing accounting Ain Shams University. In process CPA 2002Currently I am working as (CFO) at NI Capital company(Financial Service Company ) Located in Cairo Egypt , I joined them from May 2016.Before NI capital, I was working as a (FD acting as CFO) in Al Safy Group (Distribution & retail & Investment ) company Located in Cairo Egypt . I've joined in March 2016.Before Al Safy Group I was working as a (Acting as CFO ) for one of the largest Telecommunication & retail companies in Middle East, which is “Orascom Telecom, Ring” which have around 14 subsidiary around the world . I was working for the company since February 2002 until.Before joining this group, I came from one of the big 4 Audit firms in the world which is (KPMG Hazem Hassan ) Cairo office. I spent around 4 years in the position of Senior auditors. I was working for the company in KPMG since November 1998 until. in KIA free zone as account (import KIA cars to Egypt) 1997. KIASmall audit firm audit firm from 1996I have more than 20 years of experience in investment & Financing activates (, projects valuation and monitoring the existing projects) using the excel sheets. Also, I have participated In Acquisition of many subsidiary and startup company , and several capital increase .also in participated in Built a Distribution segments in Ring group also in participated in Built a Retail segments in over 40 store in Ring & 60 Store in Al Safy group I have a solid background with ERP accounting packages, specially “Oracle, and Great Plains & Microsoft AX”, and I was part of the implementation team of 3 successful implementations (One in NI Capital & one in Ring & one in Al Safy ) and was successfully achieved the full implementation of five financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) in addition to the Online Inventory Management, Merchandising and Hyperion system "HFM & HPM".Furthermore, my contributions have been mainly achieved by implementing the monthly Package Of financial reporting and budgetary Control Systems and integrating it with GP s Financials. This resulted in improving the quality of financial information and its flow within all business stakeholders through regular Financial Performance Reviews workshops and monthly presentations. Also support other functions in the company (HR & Legal & Sales & IT & internal auditor).
