Involves in Stellar Telekom Malaysia BSS Project as a L3 Application Support.Perform any change request and codes enhancement such as 5G features and create automated system for daily support. Responsible in maintaining system and TM product by handling daily operations support. Performs daily operation by carrying out troubleshoot on SLA list which consists of various Mobile Number Portability (MNP) issues and errors by using front-end application or API (Postman API). Monitors the Service-Level Agreement (SLA) Timer Level (T1, T2, and T3) to ensure the MNP process meet the performance standards. Supports for testing procedures and activities for MNP applications.Involves in STC Bahrain Project as a L2 Application Support.Perform daily operation support for Order and Service Management (OSM) and Automated Service Activation Platform (ASAP) system. Monitor all the order and troubleshoot the error arose during the completion process. Responsible to develop a documentation for OSM and ASAP support’s daily operation task. Handle OSM and ASAP related ticket and ensure to complete in a timely manner.

I have 6 months (March 2021 - August 2021) working experience at Open Kod Sdn. Bhd. as an intern in network security. During my internship, I learned and able to configure and install firewall and switch, at the same time, able to adapt with different type of configuration language depends on device used. Learned about cyber threats more deeper and aware the importance of security to ensure data and information safety. I'm also perform network monitoring using open source tools to monitor network traffic and error occur across local network. Besides, I have improve my soft skills during the internship period. Understanding of domain knowledge together with the soft skills such as presentation, team discussion and networking. Finally, I have improved my problem solving skills with real working environment critical problems and I am ready to step into the career zone.
