I am a Technician at Royal Technology Solutions, where I lead a team of professionals and work with vendors to deliver high-quality and timely ELV system, IT and cyber security projects. I have 5 years of experience in the field, working with various residential and commercial clients.My core competencies include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting ELV systems, such as CCTV, fiber optic, access control, intercom, public address, structured cabling systems, IT and cyber security system. I am proficient in CCTV systems from different brands, such as Hikvision, Ganz, Hanwha Techwin, Axis, Bosh, and Dahua, and upgrading their firmware. I am also skilled in working with racks, patch panels, routers, Wi-Fi access points, home automation, audiovisual systems, and buttler systems.I have a High School Diploma in Computer Science, which gives me a strong foundation in IT and networking. I am a fast learner and a customer-friendly technician, who is always willing to learn new skills and go above and beyond to satisfy the clients' needs and expectations. My goal is to continue to develop my expertise and contribute to the success of Royal Technology Solutions and its customers.
