• Managing relationship with vendors• Purchasing of external-internal hard drive, SSD, USB memory, memory card • Taking necessary actions to realize montly sales and profit targets, reporting to executive management• Coordinating montly-yearly work plans and campaing• Creating new relationships with vendors about potential products, creating bussiness plans about these new products• Doing competition analysis • Managing category budget• Managing mailing, banner, SMS and SEO• Managing stock and order processes• Responsible of montly closure process• Taking necessary actions about returned products• Measuring products’ sale performance• Regular meetings with vendors• Preparing weekly-montly sales-stock reports and presenting to executive management (category manager, category group manager)
