I work closely with the executive management team of the new joint-venture entity (SAMI-MBDA), providing them with, my technical expertise and commercial support in developing the local operational strategy. I am involved in setting up an ERP and developing a "Business Management System" that will establish the entity's management processes for the optimization of organizational structure and operational efficiency of new local employees to be recruited and trained (ERP editors benchmarking in progress).As a result, the SoW agreement has been reached, and the client has initiated the commercial negotiation phase. I assist MBDA sales teams in after-sales service (service contract) by conducting in-depth studies and technical risk analysis of client's SoR and RFP, and supporting adequate innovative solutions during negotiation phases, in direct interface with end-users and decision-makers.The achievement have been a significant increase in the success rate of service offers (3/3). Additionally, I execute local renovation and MCO contracts for availability, ensuring contractual and technical compliance on-site (including exportation), and supervising a team of six local technicians (management & intercultural intelligence). Achievements: 40% reduction in CP costs (2/5M€ over 3 years) and client satisfaction.

International Secondment To Sultanate Of Oman/Mascate & United Arabs Of Emirates

As a Technical Support Representative for MBDA France, I served as the liaison for the Export Client in Oman/Muscat from 2011-14, and in the UAE from 2009-10 for the Air Force and Air Defense.My responsibilities included managing the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of anti-aircraft systems and ensuring a positive customer relationship. I also served as an instructor and developer of training covering topics such as use and maintenance radar, communications and launchers including vectors. In addition, I used my technical and operational expertise in real-life deployments and exercises, providing technical support and helping with problem solving.Results & Achievements: 95% system availability. Enhancement of MBDA's image & resumption of commercial agreement.

As a Test and Validation Engineer for Embedded Systems, I acquired a solid experience in real-time data transmission systems on different vectors and programs. My role was to develop and manage the tests for the environmental qualification program (Climate environment, mechanical/vibration, and EMC).I was also involved in their planning , coordination of test teams and analysis of results. My work has contributed to ensuring that embedded systems meet the quality and reliability standards necessary for critical applications during storage, transport and system operation.
