With over 30 years of experience in top-level leadership positions, I've had the chance to work across varied domains, including enterprise sales, client advisory, business consulting & operations, P&L management, Enterprise Solution Architecture, Transition & Transformations, strategic partnerships, and M&A.After understanding the nitty-gritty of the corporate and entrepreneurial world, I am now taking my journey forward in guiding senior leaders, mid-level managers, and young professionals in their career paths as a life & professional coach.To trace back my professional journey, this is how it looks 👇Over the years, I've set up and run captive shared services (GCCs), managed vendors and ecosystem partners, and scaled third-party businesses.I got the opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds at Amazon, Accenture, and Ocwen in areas such as IT Products & Services, IT-enabled services, and Logistics operations.Throughout my career, I've gained hands-on experience managing P&L operations up to $150 million, setting up a 2500-member team for a BFSI client, and managing a diverse ecosystem of over 25 vendors and partners.Working with big firms like Amazon and Accenture gave me the opportunity to be an “Intrapreneur” as I was handed down the responsibilities to set up and scale new businesses. This eventually paved the way for me to give a shot to my entrepreneurial spirit.This led to the foundation of my first startup eSahai - a Medical emergency & assisted transport service for the first time in India.Since then, I have been actively involved in the startup community through TiE as a charter member, networking with many industry leaders as part of HYSEA and young talent to guide them in their entrepreneurial journey,I'm the kind of person who's always up for a challenge. I am a risk-taker and a constant learner.One area that's always fascinated me is human behavior science. And so, out of my passion to learn more about this, I took up many courses, and now I am a certified NLP practitioner and ICF-certified life coach.Apart from this, I am a pet dad, music enthusiast, theatre buff, tech trends follower, and a super proud dad of two girls.
