Customers in Telecon, gastronomy, financial, logistics, health and other segments.• Managed a team, that in a short schedule, developed a Global Call Center company Careers Platform that allowed subscriptions, in different countries and languages, to job opportunities. The solution was launched in schedule and through its usability and quality more than 10 countries migrated to the new platform in a short period of time.• Co-created and managed a content management solution development to 60 sites in 5 languages for a Call Center company. The solution abled each site to be completely independent of the global structure, while maintaining the Look and Feel and core structure intact in a global view.• Created and implemented the new Content Management System for retirement fund, allowing the client autonomy to publish directly with no need for an agency to change any page in the site. In this project, after developing a strategy, I managed two fronts: Development and Content.• Developed and implemented the SEO (Search engine Optimization) strategy responsible for improving a Global Call Center company results and Alexa (An Amazon SEO tool) grades from 92 to 98. For these results, I managed a team that adjusted more than 1000 pages in 5 languages.• Created the strategy and conducted the migration process of a Wine Club business model from an offline to an online structure. I developed the Wireframe and the user experience so to enable that the interactions with the club were available and simple through an intuitive website. I supported the accomplishment of excellent commercial results and operational cost reduction, contributing to client’s retention. -
