Mill DKR.The extension adds two additional floors. The project also includes a complete renovation of the building, parts of which are up to 110 years old. The renovation involved replacing 98% of the building supply systems, and insulation of the shell to B2016 level. The current building includes a total area of approx. 17,500 m2, expanding to approximately 30,000 m2 including the utilized space in the roof terrace of approx.5,500 m2.

Responsible for the construction of the new Headquarters. (In excess of £4m). I designed and delivered, end to end, a bespoke 3 story 17,000 square foot facility for 200 employees and with future growth in mind. Datacenter Design and ImplementationA (1,200 SQ Ft) build to a high-end industry standard, incorporating fully resilient M&E services, Logistics and employee relocation with zero downtime. During the construction of the headquarters, staff were temporarily relocated into 4 different locations including diversion of IT and Phone lines. With 3 relocations during my time, each were achieved with zero downtime.Datacenter Migration Responsible for the co-ordination of the senior engineer team in relocating the datacenter as well as the migration of all services. All of this was completed on time, in accordance with currents SLA’s and with zero downtime to the business, or disruption to the clients. Service Level Management Responsible for the 24/7 support and maintenance of an IT platform generating more than 30 million transactions per month, some of which were for use for TV. During this time, I developed and maintained a service delivery and support program. Virgin Mobile was just one our high profile clients, and as we managed to deliver consistently according to agreed KPI’s, (99.8% availability) they awarded us as supplier of the year in 2003.
