Support Analyst
Current- First point of contact for fashion and apparel clients seeking support with Apparel21 ERP software- Provide a high level of customer service and support clients with software/hardware troubleshooting specialising in Retail/POS, and working with Consultants, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure business solutions are working as intended- Use SQL to query and update client information and perform data analysis.- Perform ERP system upgrades on client sites.- Carry out network administrative tasks.
