The Department for Industrial Economics and Management, INDEK. A part-time position during my period as Head for the department (see below). Research and teaching focus on aspects of business where new technology, specifically ICT, leads to creative distruction of the business landscape.

Responsible for a department in the field of management within KTH with about 110 employees during a period of major transition, not the least concerning profile change and staffing. A job with many similarities to running a middle-sized consultancy-company in the middle of some kind of "start-up-culture". The department is responsible for the so called I-program (Industriell Ekonomi), one of the most coveted Master-programs within the country. A great way in order to really create change...is to work with the next generation.

Working centrally for Presidents office. Responsible for Industry contacts for the university as a whole. Bridgebuilding between these two worlds are worth while.

I develop, produce and give several Online-based courses in the field of Digital Transformation. To be found on platforms like Coursera, EdX, Sakai and EIT Digital (MOOCs and international university collaborations). Search there if you want to check them out.The courses have "customers/students" enrolled from all over the globe. More than 100 different countries. On one hand challening but on the other hand heavily interesting. Actually, most of them are not "students" in a traditional sense...they are full-time workning people in the age of 30 - 50 or something. On top of that I do find the "online-learning-space" as such heavily dynamic. Education in itself becoming disrupted soon, we all hope for, right?”Suddenly" entrepreneurial, and new, ways for learning evolve - and that is about time (thank you for that mr Moore´s Law). Education have been stuck in its classical format far to long. We need to renew it heavily and now it has become possible.But, we are only in the early phase of it, yet!

The company have been awared Gazelle-prices several years in a row. I was born into it. My brother is the CEO. Isnt it great to have syblings and be able to support one another?

Remembering Advices, Vision development, Investments. During the years the company have had different forms and different ownership-structures. A common theme have always been different kinds of management consulting-services not the least foresighting-projects where technology plays a big role and the aim is to foresee future business opportunities. Sounds heavily serious, and yes. But I do believe in smiling and showing your teeth is possible to do at the same time.

Commercial Sales and Marketingtraining for people with sales experience and high salesdrive. Interesting with places where Knowledge Development, not Formal Credentials, is at the core. You already knew: it do happen that credentials as such is in the way for good learning.

Research at the cross-road of Academia and how mobile and digital technology changes the marketing place. This topic is really a fast moving cheese.

Responsible for the course in. An answer to Digital Disruption. What is particularly fun is that that the course actually is "living the message".

A strategically oriented development Program for, and with, Top-Managers in the field of Consultancy, meaning: covering all fields from ICT-, Technology-, Constructing-, Infrastructure-, Architecture-, Energy-, IPR- to Management-consulting etc. A part-time position. Consultingindustry is great not the least because all people working there are unusually social and extrovert. Not to mention the speed and the pulse within.

Non-payed part-time position. Mainly supporting faculty-development. There is a big need for marketing knowledge in China, and it is great to learn their style of learning. And they are not only interesting, they are so friendly to you. Lets wish them well, we will need that friendliness more and more in days to come! ;-)

Since Sweden is a great place for start-ups, and have a rather good position globally when it comes to education: Surprised that a Nordic Network for Edtech-companys now is being developed? Actually no, right? A great place for getting an overview and helping others, in particular "friends in crime" to disrupt an industry already on the move into something new due to Moores Law. In particular there is a great need to share knowledge about the "business" of Education. Who could know that this marketing job was open? Digital based recrutiment with a focus on marketing professionals. After leaving the company it has changed it´s name into Vimy, to be found at www.vimy.me. Lets hope they get their hockey-stick. The amount of digital marketingjobs increase day by day. So why not? An obvious idea since I have spent huge amount of time developing, educating, marketing professionals to be.

Helping Students, Teachers and Parents with an overview of the learning process with the help of a new kind of digital tool that we did develop. Might sound simple, but still: does anyone deliver it at this moment when the world is overfloaded by Google Docs, Dropbox, Prezi-files etc? The code behind it is still available via one of the co-founders that took over my shares when I left. How about a company like Blackboard buying it up and embedding it into their own system in the future? I mean: LMS-systems of today could really do better. Couldn´t they?

Consultancy company run by university students. I acted as mentor for the project partly in order to show that young, but really talented, people actually can create a full-blown consultancy business that do deliver very good services...all by themselves. It was a tremendously fun and creative project - and full of interesting learning about how the future of consulting will/could look due to ICT. Dont forget remembering me that I ought to hook them up towards Mozilla Open Badges one day! And/or Edx, Coursera, FutureLearn etc etc etc.

While being a University Student: Getting a part-time job in the area where you are supposed to graduate enhances you learningprocess. The basic idea was about supporting the need of creating practice out of theory (backwards compared to research: creating theory out of practice). A digital tool...of course.

The so called "Holdingbolagsutredningen" done for the Ministry for Industry and Education. A one-year-project with the aim of finding out "What to do whith the Corporate Business-structure of Swedish Universities?" Government is an interesting work-environment. More complex than my own laptop!

Head of the Project Office and a group of consultants. Working in the cross-road of Industry-Academia-Politics at one of the few existing NGOs in Sweden. Big focus on Foresighting, understanding the consequences of Globalisation and New Technology entering the globe etc. Responsible for funding, setting up projects and delivery in an environment with huge anount of different stakeholders involved. How close it was we nearly fundamentally changed the whole country, everyday! ;-)

Specialist in the field of really big-scale Change Management at a management consulting company. Globally Known for learning as a tool in order to create change as well as its KM-system. Early adopters of simulations, gamification and E-learning. Just imagine how cool it is to get the chance of participating in creating tools that can help learning for hundreds of thousands of people in just a few months. Real learning is a Strong tool!

Training-company specialised in the Graphical industry. Everything from Printing Tech to Quark Express, Web, Digital Photo, Marketing and Business Strategy. After one year I got the assignment to split up the company in different parts and then the "mother-company" itself was closed. Business opportunites, as well as life itself, did change due to digitalisation already then.

Huge proportion of training, learning, as well as teaching, in the field of management. The I got my PhD. Everything from accounting to my speciality: marketing. During this time the I-program of KTH (the most coveted Masterprogram in the country) was set up. I was one of the core members of the group that developed the foundations for that program, which took lot of time from my PhD as such. During this period I also started my own consulting business. Im heavily grateful for that period in life because it convinced me that actually everything is possible, if circumstances are right and you get the chance to meet nice clever people. I was lucky and gladly give that luck further to anyone in need of it!

Studentunion at KTH. Elected by the students. A one-year position and then a new student is assigned for the position. The union had about 8000 members. We did run the biggest restaurant in Sthlm. A bookstore. 10 000 sqm of creative space. Lot of enployees. Etc. That was...a real job! Fun, we for instance were the biggest customer in the country for the biggest brewery in the country!

Learning the art of modern services - by making customers happy by running a Cinema. That is why "Cinema Paradiso" still is my personal favourite. Among the best jobs I have ever had. You know: at cinemas...people are always happy!

Blue-collar work in different forms for a subcontractor in a factory environment full of high-preassure machines exporting to big Industry like Electrolux, Volvo, ABB etc. My childhood was heavily influenced by my father running the company. If anything: that was good learning for a young boy. Just watch the fingers. 150 ton of machinery is not, only, to be played with.
