Octavian’s Russian presence grew to over 26,000 machines interconnected in over 900 locations across 11 time zones.In conjunction with developing the Russian market, Octavian led the development of networked games and systems for the casino, AWP and lottery markets internationally to the point where Octavian systems and games were present in over 24 gaming jurisdictions around the world.The company was built up from its inception in 2001 to $88 million in 2005, generating over $10m EBITDA, employing over 250 people and having offices in 8 countries. The company listed via a RTO in 2008 as the last one that went public after the Lehman affair that year. Octavian is now part of the Novomatic Group of companies.

The company was the managing partner in the Playboy Casino which it established in Rhodes (Greece).

A leading jackpot and casino management systems technology gaming company, which listed in 1993 and as a result bought out Harmen’s European distribution rights. Harmen developed the European subsidiary company, generating 15-20% of the total sales from an agency into a USD $25 MM company generating a profit which often was between 40-60% of the public mother company’s income.
