A principal liaison between Ekos clients and product. Primarily work with customers, providing each one with professional, conscientious, and effective service while moving at a fast pace to meet established goals.

Responsibilities included upkeep of all analytical equipment, performing quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) testing on the instruments and performing routine lab maintenance. Laboratory management skills included overseeing field sample intake and analysis as well as monitoring the reporting of the analytical data. Client relations duties included corresponding with clients on project scheduling and data review.I traveled across the state performing on-site analytical work to provide instantaneous data for clientele as well as facilitated and conducted in-lab studies on petroleum products in soil and fuel characteristic properties. I also traveled the state visiting clients and presenting RED Labs services and opportunities.

As an intern with the RED Lab, I was trained to operated all of the necessary technology and educated on the benefits of the rapid technology, interpretation techniques of the UVF data and industry standards for the petroleum and environmental remediation groups. My responsibilities also included office and lab maintenance, preparation of standards of procedure and instrument QA/QC maintenance.
