Shortly after moving to southern California in 2001 Deborah was cast in the lead role of the dramedy "The Heartbreak Cafe" (1997) (3 years). During that time she honed her acting skills as a member of The Newport Beach Repertory Theater and Acting Express Productions. She also received vocal training and began recording her own songs. She has since appeared in many feature films, television shows (with credits in imdb), and many national commercials.Deborah completed various acting courses of study, and has benefited most by those with: Lilyan Chauvin (Women in Film director/actress/coach), Cherie Kerr (The Groundlings Co-Founder), Judy Kain (accomplished actress and mentor), and at Improv Olympic West.Deborah studied stand-up comedy with Barry Weisenberg and has appeared in rooms throughout Southern California including The Laugh Factory and The Comedy Store. She was a regular cast member of Second Stage for two years, writing and performing sketch comedy and improv. Deborah is currently a cast member of the OC Crazies main group where she regularly performs improv and sketch comedy. In addition to her monthly performances at the OC Crazies' home theater,The DePietro Theater, she performs improv for various industrial events. Under the direction of Cherie Kerr the shows brings quality Groundlings-type performances to their audiences.

Ms. Ouellette has extensive experience in computer systems design, receiving early training as an employee of the California State University, Sacramento (CSUS) Computer Sciences Department (8/82-12/91). She is now the owner of Data Systems Design (DSD), a Women-Owned Business registered with the state of California (CALTRANS Certification Number: 91H12632). DSD provides computer hardware and software procurement and support services to local business, state and federal agencies. Additional services offered include: development of needs analysis, development and design of requirements specifications, computer systems integration, migration, and conversion, installation and implementation of Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs), administration and maintenance of networks, applications tuning and customized programming, project management, consulting, and training for user interface with various computer systems, peripheral devices and software applications.

served as Project Manager for the Office of the District Attorney, County of Riverside, CA CRIMES Project. The Project provides for transformation of a 250 node terminal / mainframe network environment to that of a 400 node PC-based client / server network. Project scope includes: needs assessment, requirements specification, design, procurement, and installation of the client / server network infrastructure. Specific responsibilities consist of: review and analysis of the existing mainframe network, examination and summary of prior migration efforts, preparation of a formal needs assessment, development of requirement specifications, establishment of procurement criteria, evaluation of candidate hardware and software, reengineering and complete migration of a legacy database from the mainframe network to client /server, configuration of the client systems with desktop applications, an e-mail system and Internet access, development of an in-house support structure and associated training requirements, design of a Help Desk system and specification of it’s policies and procedures, preparation of an end-user training plan, and overall development of a formal migration implementation plan.

* Prepared feasibility study for California State University, Sacramento with a detailed implementation plan for establishing CSUS as a competitive provider of Internet access and support for 10 regional school districts. Project required research and evaluation of contending Internet access and support providers, systems analysis of CSUS computer and communications systems hardware and software configurations, development of end-user hardware and software requirements specifications, design of a user support system, detailed cost estimates and an associated implementation timeline . EMPLOYMENT DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, 1993* Member of team for evaluation and selection of Authoring Systems for Employment Development Department (EDD) to deliver Technology-Delivered Instruction (TDI) for training purposes. * Conducted a comprehensive feasibility study for the Right of Way Division of CALTRANS and specified recommended incremental steps by which the mainframe/terminal Integrated Right of Way System network would be refaced to enable a client-server network protocol. Scope of the project included: operational and systems analyses of existing system; interviews with key personnel at all twelve districts and subsequent survey analysis; research, testing and evaluation of candidate emulation software programs and programs to reface the existing COBOL database structures; systems analysis with detailed proposals for a phased migration to the client-server protocol and follow-on system support.
