As a Recruiter, I place qualified candidates in contract and direct hire positions in the Mechanical/Electrical and Electronic Technicians, Aerospace Engineers and IT/IS Professional arenas. My position is not bound by location, I have made placements in AZ, MD and VA, therefore I am not limited to strictly local positions. As I grow with Aztech, I will take on many more challenges and look forward to each and every one.

Direct hire/full cycle recruiting. I hired Inbound TeleSales Consultants to handle incoming sales calls for infomercials. The process began with reviewing application and ended with hiring directly into training classes. I hired an average of 20-40 agents per week. I was fortunate enough to consistently hit my mark! In addition to recruiting, I assisted in HR functions and employee relations. I was also active on the Activities Committee, I planned fund raisers and events along with a team of co-workers dedicated to the overall atmosphere at InPulse.
