I define myself as a strong-willed dreamer, following what makes me passionate and trying to merge it throughout all the aspects of my daily life and work. I've always tried to see and go beyond, acquiring well-rounded knowledge and using it in whatever way possible to develop as an individual and to also help other people around me do so.I believe it's been quite little time in which I've become involved in my country's coffee world, by learning and improving throughout various points in the coffee value chain as is, wet milling, storage, production and commercialization of roasted coffee.Today, I continue my personal and professional growth, training in coffee cupping, so in the near future I can become a certified Q Grader, become more active and helpful in Mexico's coffee value chain so its coffee can become a beacon in the world map, always looking for innovative ways to lead people into a better coffee culture.At the end of the day, what's life without a good story to tell someone while enjoying a nice cup of coffee?
