I underwent barista training whilst working part-time as a shop assistant at Episode One. This included: - Learning the production processes of each of their products. - Taking and completing orders. - Ensuring regular cleaning. - Compiling invoice accounts.

This temporary 2-month contract included: - Central coordination of compliance information and requirements. - Data entry to maintain and/or create spreadsheets and databases for the purposes of gathering statistics for audit, record keeping, and reporting any anomalies. - Corresponding with clients to follow up and request documentation. - Working with confidential information.

Whilst working on a part-time basis with St Georges Centre I have gained valuable administrative skills and expanded my experience working within the hospitality and client care.Daily roles and tasks include:- Working on the reception desk greeting clients, directing them and providing any further information they make require about their booking.- Ensuring refreshments are served in a timely fashion whilst meeting the high hygiene and presentation standards of the company.- Assisting and completing general office administration through the day such as filing, photocopying and sorting daily invoices.- Maintaining a smart, professional and friendly demeanour.
