Due to the nature of the devices supplied, extreme attention to detail is expected and valued.Another aspect of my role is to facilitate stock rotation and identify items that need to be consumed/rotated in order to prevent losses due to product expiry and optimize inventory usage.I also provide support for my peers by processing client orders and overseeing their work on dispatch, in order to prevent discrepancies. I have proven high level of attention to detail; evident through periodic rolling stock takes. I manage product complaints and product service with a high outcome of customer satisfaction by establishing close relationships with suppliers and our field team.

The interface with contractors required great accuracy and precision by means of clear purchase order requisitions, particularly when it came to visual identity items.Due to the vast team involved with keeping such a large client base, a great part of this role included addressing internal and external clients' needs, organizing and controlling project documents, devising a training schedule for contractors and suppliers.
