• Leader of the team and the topic of digital transformation in the company, leading a cultural change work around intrapreneurship for Certsys. Our team has 2 main missions: To be guardians of the digital transformation plan and make the entire company experience digital transformation daily.• As Head of Digital Transformation, we created a team focused on experimenting with scientific method and agile methodologies. We were able to solve problems and build solutions through prototypes and quick tests, to fail fast and generate validated learning as quickly as possible.

This unit was capable of selling, marketing, and delivering projects with its own methodologies and different from the traditional company.• Responsible for leveraging new business opportunities for emerging areas within the company, such as: chatbots, artificial intelligence, devops and augmented reality.• Helped to structure the company's innovation laboratory, building a team capable of developing MVPs and prototypes for quick validation in the market.

• Responsible for leveraging new business opportunities in customers, offering a wide variety of solutions. It was possible to experience numerous situations, including project management; elaboration of proofs of concept; application development; maintenance of legacy systems; infrastructure analysis.• Responsible for generating solutions for customers in different scenarios, with projects in-volving: Artificial Intelligence, DevOps, Microservices, Big Data & Analytics, RPA, BPM, BRMS, ESB, among others.• Responsible for: developing the macro architecture of a client's solution; prepare technical and commercial proposals; present the company's portfolio; prepare proofs of concept and demonstrations; and estimate project realization costs.

Developed mobile and web application. The main projects were: • ROKT Application: Project of a motorcycle delivery system, implemented with Java for the Android app and Laravel PHP for the backend.• Veritas CoDE Dashboard: Product created to have real-time data about Veritas Net-backup product. Implemented with MEAN Stack.• Certsys Intranet: Creation of the company’s intranet, with discussion of what should be in the product. Implemented with MEAN Stack.
