As a MAPS coach you are a mentor to (in my case) about 50-60 new engineers. You are expected to guide them through their semesters by covering different topics during their weekly sessions. As well as being there to answer any questions they may have about engineering at the university.

-During this short summer, I gained a world of experience. The shop was short-staffed therefore I held a great amount of responsibility. -I was the main employee dealing with collision vehicles in which I would disassemble damaged components, prepare the new components for paint, and reassemble the vehicle. -The shop also had a deal with Overfinch. I worked with Overfinch vehicles daily. I prepped them for paint and made sure to perfect the paint after it dried.
