Provided expert information technology services including a long term contract to provide disaster recovery design, support, and maintenance for global 10-site financial management company. My program was validated by our ability to recovery 35 servers from a business interruption within the designated recovery time objectives.

Provided technology planning and suppport including the design, and implementation of the initial Novell local area network. I developed effective support policies and procedures demonstrated by the fact that the company experienced 1 minor 2 hour outage during my tenure.
