As the Training-, Clubs- and Projects-responsible in the National Board it was my responsibility to ensure that:- National training sessions are provided for, and individual clubs are assisted in any needs they might find to organize training sessions for their members- Any uncertainties and/or issues regarding the founding and maintaining of local clubs, formally and informally, are addressed- Any national level projects, or cross-regional projects, are well organized, and the organizers are by all times provided with the necessary experience, and/or supporting material and assistance, in order to succesfully carry out the project

Conducting a market analysis, and designing a business strategy and marketing plan based on that analysis, in order to found a sixth company (in e-commerce) to lead the group's entrance into the B2C markets.

TalentCom offered various consultancy projects starting with a focus on business development, later shifting its focus toward projects involving business development as well as e-commerce management.
