Part of the Microsoft One Commercial Partner ( OCP) team, I help set field execution strategy, led cross functional teams to growth Azure Cloud revenue, and personally drove net new customer and partner (ISV & SI) adoptions through sales engagement, partner development, customer evangelism & applied research activities. We sustain growth by backing it up with build-with, go-to-market, and sell-with execution strategy. Responsibilities include hunting (identification of new & emerging partners), align business needs with technology capabilities, sponsored PoC, validation of industry trends, partner and channel management between ISV, SI, MSP, LSP. IaaS/SaaS/PaaS expertise. Notable highlights include:- Serve as trusted advisor to customers and ISV partners to innovate on Azure platform, reduce costs, create new markets, and add value to partner solutions.- Manage partner GTM technical readiness and execution delivering IaaS/SaaS/PaaS solutions to market. Contributed to 100%+ YOY Cloud services revenue growth in OCP; ISV customer portion was $539M in FY17. - Built scalable partner recruit framework contributing to 2000+ net new customers/partner adoption onto Microsoft Azure platform (2015-2017).- Drove multiple transformational ISV customer accounts into WW references highlighted in Satya Nadella's keynotes, enabling US Industry selling teams and OCP organizations WW.- Led partner Cloud Innovation initiative; creating contents for Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Services, Machine Learning, and Natural Computing Interface. Used by field sales teams to drive net new customer and partner adoptions influencing over $100M (all up) Azure revenue Q4FY17.- Help ISV realize the value of Office/O365 Add-in solutions by evangelizing and managing the delivery of new solutions to market.Awards: Platinum Club Circle of Excellence Award(2015) - top sales award WW, Gold Star Spot Award(2016), Quarter Award(2016), Customer/Partner Experience (CPE) Award(2015).
