Leading and supporting ADP’s Client Services Team to deliver T1 support for our clients across EMEA

Responsible to plan, direct and organize the day to day operations in a cross-functional team of +50 people who are responsible of sales operations, renewals management, marketing and services activities for different HP product lines. My responsibilities not only relate to the business operations management and achieving business objectives but also to foster a spirit of teamwork and project culture that encourages top performance and collaboration. My tasks and responsibilities include: • Process improvement and Business operations• People management, teams from 5 – 50 people including team leaders, business analysts and sales operations specialists• Ensure and enhance productivity and process optimization• Project management • Coordinate and direct activities of the Sales Operations, back office, telemarketing and services team • Build and maintain strong customer relationships• Employee performance and development management, feedback, mentoring and coaching• Goal setting and strategic decision based on data analysis • Change implementation• Prepare and present business reviews to local and global stakeholders• Project budget management, forecast, expenses and corrective actions• Data management and reporting

• Managed the allocation of over 200K€ budget on marketing funds and implementation of marketing projects for HP’s Pan European partners • Performed ad hoc analysis as required to support sales and partner management activities• Built strong stakeholder relationships in order to align mutual business needs and vision• Expanded the role scope from being a support contact to be responsible of the MDF activities from start to finish
