*Liaise with site contractor and trades on the building of a 40M HDPE pipe plant. *Work with Engineering on the timeline, layout & assembly of silos, piping, adiabatic coolers, heat exchangers, extruders, cooling tanks, pullers, auto reelers, yard footprint etc.*Prepare SOP's for plant startup. Design line flows using lean manufacturing principles. Define complete site zoning for 5S+2.*Ensure compliance with OSHA, OH&S, ESA and all company policies and procedures at US and Canadian plant sites*Leading the manufacturing functions in the plant on all shifts to ensure on-time production and shipment of conforming products and materials; Including: planning the production flow, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, handling staff issues, and monitoring production orders and schedules at US sites. *Hiring, developing and engaging with all employees to develop a favorable employee relations environment; work with staff members on their personal growth and development goals to ensure employees feel encouraged and motivated to contribute at their full potential.*Providing leadership for problem resolution to facilitate continuous improvements. to process & work flows.
