CurrentProvide end user support daily Document/update ZenDesk requests Provide support using remote tools Provide support when needed to cloud admin teams when collaborating on project/tasks Monitor help desk queue throughout shift Escalate ticket requests accordingly through the day Wipe, remove devices from inTune, ready devices (MACS,PC) for re deployment Document inventory changes Provide weekly updates during teams meetings Provide IT orientations for new hires Support AV equipment at a separate location Provides support during race day events Make changes to user accounts depending on ticket request, approvals, using cloud services Coordinate shipment and return of IT equipment
