In June 2018 we launched a new unit within ERIKS, ERIKS Digital, with the goal to accelerate the digital transformation of the ERIKS Group and significantly expand its digital services offering.All digital activities of ERIKS and Zamro were incorporated in this unit and in April 2019 we merged the ERIKS and Zamro webshops in each country to continue together under one brand, the ERIKS brand.ERIKS consists of more than 60 companies with branches in 27 countries. ERIKS has a strong position in Western Europe, the United States and a presence in South-east Asia.As Head of Finance I was fully responsible for finance, tax & compliance, legal, internal control and information security at ERIKS Digital (4 direct reports).

Managing the planning & analysis cycle and setting up the business control function through a phase of migration from Zamro and ERIKS Ecommerce towards ERIKS Digital.

Zamro is a European eCommerce platform for industrial supplies (machine parts and tools). The company operates in multiple countries in Europe in a €100bn+ market and is backed by SHV Holdings. Zamro won the Shopping Award for Best B2B webshop in 2018.Responsible for further professionalizing the Finance department as we moved from a start-up phase into a scale-up phase with Zamro.Fully responsible for Finance, Legal, Internal Control, Tax and Compliance (4 direct reports) with a direct report to the CEO.
