CBS Project was one of the largest, high profile transformational projects ANZ Bank ever undertook to standardise banking software platform across ANZ international branches in Middle East, India, Asia, South East Asia, and South Pacific. Throughout the project, I have designed, implemented, and led a team of senior developers, delivering systems to 15 countries where ANZ branches operated with various local and regional banking regulations.
