I currently support our domestic state and local government industry sales division, which includes about 150 individual contributors and 50 leaders (team leads, state/local sales managers, regional sales managers, and directors). I have previously supported other divisions that included the interests of more than 400 individual contributors and leaders nationally and internationally. Additionally, I produce reports and compensation ranges (typically in Microsoft Excel) for the entire organization, I manage and share HR data analytics to senior leadership (managers, directors, executives), and I assist in the implementation of HR system updates and provide feedback on future improvements. HR Business Partnership duties: proactively manage and resolve employee relations and mitigate legal risk; provide expert guidance to business leaders on coaching, change management, and career development; collaborate with business leaders to interpret business needs and identify talent priorities; participate in and lead key meetings with business leaders and the HR team; design and lead equitable and inclusive talent management, workforce planning, retention, and organizational design practices.Compensation/Analytics duties: curate and visualize performance process data from SuccessFactors for more than 900 employees and present to senior leadership weekly, create and manage nearly 1000 sales and technical pay ranges annually (including market analysis through Radford and Mercer, calculation of national and international ranges, distribution of employee compensation data for equity analysis, and collaborating with talent acquisition to post new ranges on job postings; manage hierarchical reporting within PowerBI to allocate travel/payroll approvers, compensation data managers, performance managers, etc.; build organization-wide workforce plan reports for executives using iCIMS data to strategize around recruiting priorities, audit job postings, and clean up system data.
