o Management of day-to-day operations of a 68-bed skilled rehab and nursing facility.o Identifies and monitors industry trends and develops programming that responds to changing client needs/wants, as well as changing industry and government practices with a focus on quality care initiatives. o Management of staff - relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and personnel/conflict management. Develops and executes specific departmental goals and objectives in conjunction with the strategic plan and vision of the company.o Development of departmental budgets, and management of daily labor, census, and revenue/expenses to ensure financial success of the facility in conjunction with EBITDAR goals.o Preparation for and assured compliance with regulatory governing bodies and accreditation bodies.
